Description

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all living cells and plays a vital role in energy metabolism and other cellular processes.

How it might work:

Sirtuin gene activation: NAD+ activates sirtuin genes, which are involved in cellular repair, DNA damage response, and longevity.

Cell proliferation and telomere shortening: NAD+ impacts cell proliferation and can reduce the rate of telomere shortening, which is linked to aging. The increase in overall cellular respiration and efficiency is beneficial for almost all processes in the body.
